All items are handmade to order and carefully prepared before shipment. Typical processing time is 1–3 business days, unless a listing states a different timeline (for example, during peak seasons or for heavily personalized requests).

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item arrives damaged or defective
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
To be eligible: contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item in original packaging. Please do not wash or use the item if you believe it arrived with an issue—this helps us review the case fairly and quickly.
Important: Personalized/custom-made items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged/defective.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded (unless defective):
- Personalized or customized products
- Made-to-order items
- Used, washed, or altered items
- Sale/discounted items (unless defective)

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your Etsy order number
After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund (at our discretion). Quick and clear photos help us resolve issues faster, and also help carriers understand what happened during transit.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used on Etsy.
- Refund processing time: typically 3–5 business days after approval
- Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of our error
Please note: banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account after Etsy processes it. If you do not see the refund after the stated period, contact Etsy support with your order details.
- Buyers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our mistake.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Lost return packages are not our responsibility if shipped without tracking.
When you message us about a return, we will share the exact return steps and what to include in the package. Please keep your tracking receipt until the return is completed.
- Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase.
- Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.

moremori.com does not process payments directly. All purchases, payments, refunds, and returns are handled through our official Etsy shop.
